ICM and Singapore government had discussion on cooperating to support startup

Yesterday, December 25, ICM met and worked with Mr. Leon CAI – regional director and Mr. Bui Ngoc Dung – business development director of Singapore

As a government agency promoting trade and encouraging Singapore companies to grow and expand abroad, Enterprise Singapore expressed their desire to accompany ICM in supporting the start-up projects of both the two countries by training, mentoring, helping them understand the two countries’ market and look for development opportunities.

After listening to Mr. Nguyen Viet Duc – ICM company CEO presented a comprehensive picture of startup ecosystem in Vietnam, Enterprise Singapore representatives expressed their willingness to learn more and look for a chance  to cooperate to create a support mechanism for startups in both countries to develop and expand markets to the region and the world.

ICM CONNECTS VIETNAMESE STARTUPS WITH CANADIAN INVESTMENT FUND

Yesterday, December 11th,  ICM – Innovation Capital Management met and worked with Mrs. Jan Lederman – President of the Canadian investment fund: Valhalla Private Capital and her partner – Mr. Glenn Yuen. The two companies had a meeting in the morning to discuss the upcoming cooperation plans between ICM and Valhalla in connecting Vietnamese startups with investors and start-ups support units in Canada.

 

Yesterday, December 11th, ICM – Innovation Capital Management met and worked with Mrs. Jan Lederman – President of the Canadian investment fund: Valhalla Private Capital and her partner – Mr. Glenn Yuen.

The two companies had a meeting in the morning to discuss the upcoming cooperation plans between ICM and Valhalla in connecting Vietnamese startups with investors and start-ups support units in Canada.

In the afternoon, ICM connected Valhalla with some outstanding Vietnamese startups to hear the founders presenting their project. Guests included Mr. Tony Wheeler, CEO of ImagineX Ventures, Mr Hub Langstaff and Ms. Nguyen Quynh Anh from SWISS EP Vietnam.
After this meeting, Valhalla will consider investing in some of the startups, supporting needed resources and connecting these startups with Canadian support units to develop in the future.
ICM appreciated the role of Angel Investors in the start-up ecosystem and the importance of the fund management structure in the investment ecosystem.In addition, the guests appreciated projects with great development and cooperation potentials in capital and market solutions.

Together with Valhalla, Swiss EP, and Imagine X, in the near future, ICM will officially launch a broad portfolio of investment products for the national startup ecosystem.
